Q: What is the width and thickness of the leather? Can it be made according to customer needs?

A: Of course, we can meet the needs of customers. The effective width is 1.37m, and the thickness is 0.6-0.8mm.

Q: Are your products environmentally friendly?

A: Our products have passed environmental testing, such as EN-71-3, ROHS DIN38407, etc. And meet your requirements for different parts of the world according to your needs.

Q: What is your lowest price? What is your minimum order quantity approximately?

A: We will not promise that our price is the lowest in the market, but we can improve our raw material procurement process, improve work efficiency, and the price can be reduced to the lowest. Usually we don't have restrictions on color and length, but one thing if you want to present your own style, different products have different orders, you can email me to talk more.

Q: Can you save your samples and swatches? :Can you make samples if needed?

A: Of course, we can provide. Free samples within 20cm (freight collect or prepaid). If it exceeds, the sample or express fee may be charged according to the actual situation.

But if we don't have what you need, but we can do it, we need to charge a version fee, and if you have an order in the future, the fee will be refunded.

Q: How about the packaging?

A: The usual package is a roll of 50 or 30 meters, with paper inside and PE film outside. We can also pack in woven bags outside and customize.

Q: How to ship domestic trade or international trade?

A: Regarding international trade, our shipping company assistant will deliver the product to the destination city, and then the shipping company will notify you to receive your product. Fees are based on distance and number of people and you should pay on arrival.

As for international trade, in general, we will ship our products to you or by plane in case of emergency according to your request.
